We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Review periodically.

The Websites are for informational purposes and to facilitate research inquiries. You agree to use them lawfully and not to: gain unauthorized access, use automated systems without consent, introduce malicious code, interfere with operations, impersonate others, collect data, reverse engineer any technology, use information to compete with ArchRealm, or frame/mirror content without consent.

All content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of ArchRealm Technologies Inc. or its licensors, protected by Canadian and international IP laws. ARCHREALM, SOMNET, and all related marks are trademarks of ArchRealm Technologies Inc. Certain technologies are patent-pending. Nothing grants any license without express written permission. Unauthorized use may constitute infringement.
5. Confidentiality
Any technical information, specifications, or materials provided under NDA or designated as confidential remain strictly confidential.
6. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ARCHREALM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND COMPLETENESS.
Nothing on the Websites constitutes professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Any performance claims are based on specific testing conditions and may vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCHREALM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.
AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100.00).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArchRealm Technologies Inc. from all claims arising from your use of the Websites, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to litigation, you agree to attempt informal resolution within 30 days.
10. Termination
We may terminate access immediately, without notice, for any reason. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive.
11. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary. No waiver constitutes a continuing waiver.
12. Force Majeure
ArchRealm shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond reasonable control.
